We recommend that you undergo a medical check-up before booking the Kailash yatra, just to ensure you are physically fit and mentally prepared, as it is an extraordinary journey. On the Kailash Yatra average height is from 10,000 ft up to 18000 feet. We also recommended you do some exercise and prioritize Physical Fitness.
